About Us:

Liberty Massage Boutique offers young professional clients an inspiring space to enjoy the mind-body-spiritual benefits of massage therapy without the spa-like prices. We are located in the heart of bustling and creative Liberty Village (Toronto). Steps from the GO Train, TTC accessible, and conveniently across from several parking lots. We are seeking a receptionist with excellent customer service skills, who is able to work independently while also collaborating with our team of registered massage therapists.

In accordance with current public health guidelines, Liberty Massage Boutique screens all visitors into the clinic, provides PPE and offers Rapid Antigen Testing for staff.

Duties Include:

– Managing the scheduling of client bookings, on the phone, by email, and online
– Assisting clients during the check-in and check-out process; collecting payment and filing direct billing claims as required.
– Handling and safeguarding client records in a confidential manner in accordance with Liberty Massage Boutique policies.
– Maintaining the lounge area for clients, assisting in treatment preparations as required, and light cleaning tasks for the Boutique.
– Responding to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Hours of Work:

May vary slightly depending on the week. We may be able to adapt to the candidate’s availability, however, we are looking to find reception coverage for:

– Weekend, either Saturday or Sunday (full day shift)
– Some weekdays and some evenings


– Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
– Organized, Courteous, Punctual and Reliable. The individual will need to be self-directed and self-motivated.
– Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or receptionist
– Excellent customer service skills, and strong command of English verbally and in writing.

Job Type:

– Part-time, Permanent
– Part-time hours: 16-25 per week


– $15.00 per hour


– 8 hour shift
– Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:

All visitors are required to wear masks and be screened; PPE and RAT provided for staff; clinic space is sanitized regularly.


– Secondary School (preferred)


– Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
– Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
