It’s back! The 3rd annual Liberty Village Scavenger Hunt returns on Thursday, September 26th! Create a team of 2-10 people from your organization, and you must work together to complete various fun tasks or answer questions. Teams are racing against the clock to complete all of the stops on the Scavenger Hunt.
At the final stop, enjoy FREE food, music fun and networking! And of course the awarding of the prizes!
1st Prize – $500
2nd Prize – $300
3rd Prize – $200
***the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams will be drawn from a random raffle.
-The first team to correctly finish the Scavenger Hunt in the fastest time wins a prize (TBD)
-Other prizes will be randomly awarded
Rules and Regulations:
-Teams will pick up their map from the LVBIA office on Thursday, September 26th at 4:30pm located at 67 Mowat Ave, unit 104 (located on the main floor of the Toronto Carpet Factory). All team members will be required to provide their first and last name on the registration form. (None of this information will be shared).
-This contest is open to businesses and organizations of the Liberty Village BIA. (if you are unsure if your business is a part of the BIA, please email us at email@example.com)
-Only one person from the team needs to sign up the entire team
-Teams of 2-10 people. If there are more than 10 people from one organization wishing to participate, then multiple teams must be created.
-A minimum of 75% of the team must be physically present upon completion of the Scavenger Hunt.
-To be eligible for a prize, the team must have correctly completed ALL stops on the Scavenger Hunt, as verified by an LVBIA staff or representative.
-Prizes will be announced at approximately 6:30pm. Winners do not have to be present to claim their prize. Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a cheque addressed to an employee or a company name.
-Photos and short videos will be taken throughout the event for social media and website purposes.
-The Liberty Village BIA, its partners, employees, agents or representatives will not be held liable or responsible for any injuries or damage caused by any participants involved directly or indirectly with the Scavenger Hunt.
